As parents, we not only enjoy pampering ourselves, we also want our kids to be pampered too. However, we always need to consider factors such as the cost and whether it is safe to be used by our children. Many commercial skin care products contain harsh chemicals which can be harmful to our skin and our health when applied continuously.
So I have to be careful when picking commercialised skin care products especially for my kids. Now I am going to share with you these easy homemade spa recipes for kids which are safe, natural and fun to create.
Healing Face Mask for Irritated and Dry Skin
4 drops of lime oil
2 tsps. of lemon juice
2 tbsps. of French green clay
2 tbsps. of freshly cut aloe vera pul
1 tbsp. of white clay
1. Mix the French green clay and the white clay or kaolin in a non-reactive bowl.
2. When the two have been mixed well, add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Use your fingertips to combine the clays.
Direction of Use:
When all of the ingredients have been integrated well into the clay, feel free to apply directly to the face.
Leave the Healing Face Mask on for half an hour (at the very least) before rinsing off.
If you want to create a larger volume of Healing Face Mask for daily use, remember to place the finished product in a covered glass container, and refrigerate it. Refrigerated Healing Face Mask mixtures can be stored for a whole month.

The great thing about creating your very own spa products at home is you can alter the measurements of certain ingredients and achieve the mixture you would like. We all have different needs and sometimes a bit more of something can help us be truly satisfied when applying our own spa products.
